School Council – Crazy Colour Day
Our ‘Crazy Colour Day’ is fast approaching and is on Friday 17th November which is part of our Children in Need Day at school.
We will be letting all children wear the colour of the class they are in to school on Friday 17th November, School Council ask that each child brings £2 and this will be collected on the classroom doors.
Our fantastic PTA are going to be setting up in Red Playground for simple face painting and patterns for 50p. They will be there from 8.15am in the morning so if you would like your child to have a simple face paint pattern please come along.
During the day School Council have planned for danceathons, colour activities and an assembly. We are all very excited. As well as this there will be time to listen to calming music, use dance scarves and paint to classical music too!
FAQ –
What if my child doesn’t have clothing of their class colour?
You can come and get a simple face paint, where school uniform or choose a headband, scrunchie or socks that may be of the class colour. Failing that then please choose another class colour – we would prefer it to be the class colour as we hope to make a rainbow in the hall with the classes but please do not go out and buy anything new! We ask that clothing and shoes are suitable and NO dressing up outfits on the day.
What if my child just wants to wear school uniform?
That is absolutely fine!
How much money will my child need?
We ask that each child pays £2 minimum donation on the classroom door as they arrive, our teams will have money pots ready. Your child might like their face painted and this will be an additional 50p.
